Quality Policy

OUR OBJECTIVE

Our objective as a company is to always bear in mind the impact of our actions on the stakeholders with whom we interact: PeopleSaviors, Customers, Suppliers and Society in general, and all this, without forgetting respect for the Environment.

Our Mission, Vision and Values are developed in our Code of Conduct, Company Philosophy and in our corporate policies and all of them are fully oriented towards Corporate Social Responsibility.

At SAVIA we are involved in social projects with Cáritas Diocesana, Fundación Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos, Fundación Entre culturas, Fundación Víctor Grifols i Lucas, etc.

Quality and Environmental Policy

Savia's main objective is the satisfaction of its stakeholders, both internal and external. It is also committed to the environment, sustainable use of energy resources, minimizing the impact on climate change and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

With the implementation of a Quality Management System we aim to improve and organize all our processes, reduce costs ensuring our future and that of our company, PREVENT the polluting impact of our activity, benefit the users of our services and society in general.

Quality is for Savia a competitive advantage, a source of economic resources as well as a challenge for those who day by day make our company: to do things right, the first time and respectfully with the environment.

We will introduce systems and mechanisms for review and continuous improvement, adapting our way of working to the changing needs of our environment, always marked by our customers and other stakeholders.

In order to ensure that the Quality Management System is taken as their own by all levels of the organization and that they feel an integral part of it, a continuous training plan specific to Quality and Environmental Management has been defined.

Through this policy we will seek to achieve our goal: “To be the best company to work for and the best company to interact with professionally”.
The most important thing about the company is the human group that forms it. Savia has been created “by and for people” and this has to be its distinctive identity. The objectives set by the company must benefit the community.
