1. SAVIA'S COMMITMENT TO RESPECTING HUMAN RIGHTS


SAVIA has maintained, since its founding in 2006, a corporate and personal commitment of its founders to respect human rights according to the ethical principles and corporate culture that guide the development of all our activities and our way of managing the company.

SAVIA's Human Rights Policy sets out the company's commitment and responsibilities related to the human rights of people that directly affect our company's activity. We are convinced that companies have the opportunity to have a positive impact on society.

This Human Rights Policy, as well as the principles referred to in the previous references, are in perfect harmony with SAVIA and, of course, with our Code of Conduct, which is mandatory for all Savias people, regardless of the position they hold in the company's organization chart.

In complying with this Human Rights Policy, special consideration will be given to the reality of especially vulnerable groups such as migrant workers, people with functional, physical and intellectual diversity or any person at risk of social exclusion.

3. REACH AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

SAVIA promotes respect for Human Rights in business relations with all the company's stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders and society in general.

That is why we are particularly sensitive to any situation that may generate a risk or conflict related to Human Rights.

SAVIA's management team will make every effort to enforce the contents of this Policy and will ensure that it is reflected in the company's policies, procedures and day-to-day operations.

This same commitment acquired by SAVIA is extensible to suppliers, subcontractors and all those companies that have a business relationship with SAVIA.

4. PRINCIPLES OF HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY

- Rejection of forced labor and child labor.
SAVIA is fully in favor of eradicating all forms of forced labor, coerced labor, slavery and human trafficking. We are also fully in favor of eradicating child labor by promoting safe childhood and adolescence and ensuring compliance with the provisions of ILO Convention 138 in relation to child laborers.Promote decent work.
- SAVIA promotes, supports and encourages decent work and a living wage to meet the basic needs of SAVIA employees and their families, with remuneration in accordance with the functions performed, always respecting national legislation on minimum wages.

- Non-discrimination.
SAVIA maintains an inclusive hiring process that promotes diversity free of any discrimination and any abusive or hostile conduct involving harassment of a personal nature. SAVIA's Human Rights Policy conveys a “zero” tolerance to discrimination, whether based on origin, race, social origin, gender, ideology, beliefs or religions.

- Health, safety and well-being.
At SAVIA we promote health and safety among our employees by providing uniforms, protective equipment and the necessary tools to carry out the work in the workplace in the best possible conditions of occupational health and safety. The risk prevention policies of SAVIA

SAVIA respects freedom of association and the right of association of SAVIA employees, respecting their freedom to join trade unions. - Promotion and balance of personal and professional life. SAVIA respects the right to enjoy the number of vacation days established by law as well as to respect the rest periods of the working day.

As an objective, we have set ourselves the conciliation between personal and professional life by adopting measures that tend to favor it, such as the possibility of “teleworking”.
