Plameca (Medicinal Plants of Catalonia, S.A.), a company specializing in the manufacture of food supplements and natural products, stands out for its focus on innovation, the rigorous use of natural ingredients, and its commitment to natural well-being.

As part of its expansion process, Grupo Savia developed the project for the dismantling, relocation, implementation, and commissioning of Plameca's production lines at its new headquarters. This comprehensive industrial operation required technical planning, logistical coordination, and exhaustive safety control at every stage.

The project scope included the disconnection of equipment, preparation for transport, relocation to the new plant, and joint commissioning of the production process, guaranteeing the client's operational continuity.

A Highly Critical Industrial Relocation:

The project encompassed key machinery in the pharmaceutical production process, including sieves, a tablet press, an encapsulator, blister packaging systems, labeling and cartoning equipment, reactors, and auxiliary systems, as well as facilities such as a cold storage room and water system.

The project required technical dismantling and labeling to ensure traceability, the removal of panels from areas to facilitate equipment movement, and subsequent mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly at the destination, providing support for the production start-up. Safety was a top priority. Savia places great emphasis on the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan to achieve our goal of “Zero Accidents.”

The project included all necessary human resources, lifting equipment, tools, transportation, and technical support to guarantee the project's success and adherence to deadlines, minimizing the impact on the client's industrial activity.

This project reinforces Grupo Sava's specialization in factory dismantling and relocation, with the capacity to handle complex operations in industrial and regulated environments, integrating safety, logistics, and engineering to ensure the client's operational continuity.
