We started in 2006 with just three people, almost no revenue, and a single service: facilities maintenance. Today, we are a team of nearly 500 professionals, generating more than €40 million in annual revenue. Our portfolio has expanded to include industrial and commercial maintenance, technical installations, factory dismantling and relocation, industrial automation services, the application of AI to HVAC systems, as well as energy engineering and consultancy.
Yet what truly explains this growth is not our services or our figures—it is our people. From day one, our philosophy has been clear: people come first.
This has always been true within our company, where every employee has contributed their talent, dedication, and commitment to building what Grupo Savia is today. It has also been true outside the organization, where we have worked alongside every client as a trusted partner rather than simply another supplier.
This way of doing business has enabled us to adapt to changing market conditions without ever losing sight of who we are.
