Dismantling is performed up to the flange connection point, preserving the integrity of the connections and facilitating their subsequent reinstallation without issues.
Preparation of Equipment for Safe Transportation
The equipment is prepared using specific protection measures according to its type (technical packaging, securing systems, and protection of sensitive components), ensuring structural stability and preventing damage during handling and transportation.
Use of Specialised Lifting and Auxiliary Transport Equipment
Lifting equipment adapted to each asset (cranes, platforms, and lifting systems) and specialised transport solutions are used, enabling safe manoeuvres in active industrial environments while optimising execution times.
Relocation to the New Designated Location
The equipment is positioned according to the previously defined layout, ensuring correct alignment, levelling, and operational clearances. This phase is key to ensuring the proper integration of the production line into its new operating environment.
Interconnection of All Elements
The complete reconnection of all services and systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems) is carried out, ensuring the functional continuity of the facilities while complying with the original technical specifications.
Integrated Commissioning of the Installation
Functional testing, operational verifications, and final adjustments are carried out to ensure that the production line operates in a coordinated, safe manner and in accordance with the required production parameters.
