At Grupo Savia, we are proud to have successfully completed the mechanical installation of services and production of a new pharmaceutical plant. This project focuses on the optimization of the production process of high potency active ingredients, essential for treatments and other critical therapies. This facility project has taken more than a year to complete and is expected to go into production soon.
Grupo Savia has installed stainless steel and Teflon-coated stainless steel piping, valves and fittings, decanting and pumping for the transport of raw materials and products, as well as the connection to the main reactors of the production process. Our team of installers faced the challenge of developing and starting up several circuits that are part of the general installation.
Some of these circuits include: mechanical assembly of external reactors, fluid generation, vacuum production for external reactors, vent lines, reactor isolators, general collectors and water management and treatment systems. Each of these circuits was designed and executed with the highest precision and advanced technology, ensuring an efficient and safe workflow. This installation represents a significant milestone for Grupo Savia.
