Mantenimiento Industrial
29/4/2026

Kern Pharma, a leading company in the Spanish pharmaceutical sector, part of the InduKern Group, specializing in the manufacture and marketing of generic medicines and health products, with a firm commitment to quality and innovation, has contracted Savia as a company for the management  of technical services

In environments like Kern Pharma, where quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance are critical, industrial maintenance plays a decisive role in operational continuity. Every system, every piece of equipment, and every facility must function precisely, under controlled conditions, and with full GMP compliance.

In this context, Grupo Savia is developing comprehensive maintenance services for general services at the Kern Pharma plant, ensuring the proper functioning of critical facilities and optimizing their performance. The maintenance service, carried out by Savia's own personnel, will encompass all its modalities: predictive, preventive, corrective, operational, and regulatory, covering air conditioning, electrical, fire protection, domestic hot water, water treatment, and other systems, and will be managed through a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

In addition, we've incorporated SGClima, our intelligent climate management solution based on AI and data analysis, which allows real-time monitoring of environmental conditions and optimization of energy consumption, always maintaining the parameters required in these types of environments.

The service covers the management and maintenance of essential systems such as air conditioning, electrical installations, compressed air or auxiliary systems, all under a preventive and reliability-oriented approach.

Thanks to this system, the following is achieved:

- Greater energy efficiency in the facilities

- Continuous control of environmental conditions

- Reduction of incidents and unplanned downtime

- Compliance with industry standards such as the pharmaceutical sector

Well-managed maintenance not only reduces operational risks, but also becomes a competitive advantage in highly regulated environments.
