- Long-Term Decarbonization Strategy (ELP 2050): defines the long-term objectives for achieving climate neutrality by 2050.
- National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (PNIEC) 2021–2030: proposes concrete measures to reduce emissions, increase renewables, and improve energy efficiency.
- PERTE for Industrial Decarbonization: a program designed to support innovation and emissions reduction in the industrial sector.
- National Air Pollution Control Program (PNCCA): establishes limits and strategies to minimize air pollutants. Law 7/2021 on Climate Change and Energy Transition: legal framework that governs climate action in Spain.
